How much time-notice do I need to give for a custom order?
All orders require a 2 weeks notice. 
How do I order from Sovereign Delights?
Submit an inquiry for Custom Cakes, Custom Cookies, and Custom Cupcakes. Or you can order from our Classic Delights Page and pay through the website.  
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
No cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event. Adjustments can be made with 1 weeks notice subject to discretion and possibility of additional charges based on changes. No refunds will be given, but may be used as credit toward a future purchase.
Do you accommodate for food allergies?
I am not able to provide accommodations at this time due to the small nature of my workspace.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
I am able to deliver for an additional fee, but I am unable to ship at this time.
When do I pay for my order?
Orders are required to be paid in full once receiving your invoice. Orders will not be considered booked until payment is received. Payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
I am unable to give bulk discounts due to the customized nature of each order.
