Meet Brittany
How artistry & ministry weave together
From a young age, I had a deep love for art. I was naturally creative and spent much of my childhood drawing and crafting. That passion led me to pursue a degree in animation at an art school, while working part-time at a bakery to earn some extra income. Becoming an animator was my goal—but the Lord had other plans. It was during that season that I discovered a new medium in which I truly excelled: icing.
Over the course of a 24-year career, I’ve managed bakeries, crafted custom cakes for Atlanta’s elite, and decorated thousands of birthday cakes. And now, by God’s grace, I have the incredible blessing of opening my own bakery.
I accepted Christ as my Savior at a young age. Like many, my walk has had its ups and downs—seasons of closeness and seasons where I wandered. But I’m forever grateful that He never leaves or forsakes us. He created me to be an artist and gently led me down this path—long before I realized where it would go.
One of my favorite scriptures reminds me just how intentional God is in His design:
“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.
My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!”
—Psalm 139:14–17
After marrying, the Lord called my husband to be a pastor. We gave our lives fully to full-time ministry. As a pastor’s wife, church secretary, and mom of four, life is certainly full—but it is beautiful.
Now, God has revealed something new to me: these cakes can be more than just icing and decorations—they can be ministry.
I’m beyond excited to use the talent the Lord has given me to create beautiful, delicious, and prayerfully made memories for your most special moments.
